Standard projects typically require 15–30 working days. Complex, heavy-duty, or large-span gantry cranes may need 45–60 days to ensure engineering precision. We include On-time Delivery clauses in contracts; if a delay occurs due to our manufacturing process, liquidated damages/compensation apply as specified in the agreement.

We offer a standard 12-month Stress-Free warranty, with an optional 24-month extended warranty available. Critical spare parts are guaranteed available for 10 years. For specific projects, we can extend the warranty to 2 years and provide technical support throughout the equipment lifecycle.

The process is simple: Engineering Consultation → Customized Design/Quote → Contract Signing → Deposit → Production → Inspection/Shipping. Standard terms are 30–50% deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipment or against the B/L. We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and D/P. Flexible Incoterms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, and DDU/DDP door-to-door for many regions.
